Answer

From the library home page - library.palmer.edu, select eJournals from under the Search drop down box (you will be prompted to sign into the Palmer network). 

Search the eJournals list to find the journal and the coverage.

When you find the journal, click on *Full text access*  From the listed links, you should be able to navigate to the year, volume, or issue needed. 

The Library may have access to older journals or volumes not available electronically, so if you still cannot locate the article, contact us for assistance.
