Q. What is inter-library loan?

What is inter-library loan?

Answer

Inter-library loan (ILL) is when Palmer borrows an item from another library (for a patron).

For example, if we don't have an article you're looking for, we can request it from another library.

We can also request books from other Palmer campuses.

For more information about inter-library loan, or ILL, see this page https://library.palmer.edu/ILL/policies.
